Submitting a request starts a conversation with Awale Travel & Tours. It does not create a confirmed booking, reserve a fare or submit a visa or immigration application.

Quotes and bookings

Availability and prices can change until a booking is confirmed. Before payment, confirm the total amount, what it includes, applicable agency charges and the provider’s cancellation or change conditions.

Applications and paperwork

Our assistance is limited to completing forms using the information you provide and organizing your documents. We do not provide legal advice or representation. You are responsible for reviewing information before submission. Decisions are made by the relevant authorities.

Payments, changes and cancellations

Invoice payment is separate from ticket issuance and application approval. Request the specific refund, cancellation and change conditions for your service before paying. Contact the agency about payment questions or a requested cancellation.
